Delivery & Pick up Information

  • We offer delivery facilities across Mauritius with an additional fee of MUR150. Depending on your location, the Delivery time will vary. Generally, it takes 2-7 business days for your order to be delivered.

  • We offer free delivery around the island for orders above MUR 2,000.

  • Or, you can pick-up your order at our Gecko Kids Showroom situated at Ebene Cybercity, Mauritius.

Return & Refund Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from our online Gecko kids clothing store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy as follows:

  • If the item received was damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange.

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or defective.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items do not meet our return policy requirements.
